Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: On a typical work day at D&B, you can find me working with my team to learn about customer challenges, transforming how we price and package our solutions, evaluating future opportunities for innovation, and helping our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams communicate the value of D&B solutions to our Customers.
Q: What do you enjoy about your role?
A: I'm privileged to have the opportunity to transform the way we think about and talk about our products in a way that ties directly to the problem we are trying to solve for customers.
Q: Describe a recent project you enjoyed working on.
A: Recently, I worked with Sales leaders, Marketing, and subject matter experts to build a new elevator pitch, win card, and value message; I then partnered with Sales Enablement to design and deliver a curriculum to the Sales team members in North America
Q: What helps you succeed in your role?
A: I think the culture at D&B is one of openness and a desire to help, and everyone I have encountered along the way has helped me to continue to learn and grow. I think the opportunities that I had to interact with Customers very early on helped me to gain a deeper understanding of the use case.
Q: How would you describe the work culture on your team?
A: D&B has an incredible collection of people who are passionate about the business and what we do, who are ready to step in and help when needed, and who are open to new ideas and ways of doing things. The leadership is attuned and supportive, and I've grown tremendously in the few short years I have been with the company.
Q: What can we find you doing when you’re not working?
A: When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends, raising a hilarious, tenacious, and compassionate three-year-old, hoping for another Jets championship in this century, and working on someday being able to play a decent round of golf.
