Q: What do you enjoy about your role?
A: I really like how every day is different from the previous and I am encouraged to think creatively and outside the box. My job at Dun & Bradstreet allows me to focus mainly on delivering complex customer projects, and work on tasks aimed at improving the internal processes across the business.

Q: Describe a recent project you worked on.
A: I recently lead a project to improve the implementation process of one of our products. The outcomes of this project have helped reduce implementation times and will lead to improved customer experience going forward.

Q: What skills or characteristics have helped you succeed in your role?
A: I usually get compliments on how I am not afraid to work outside of my usual remit, and for my attitude and willingness to engage.

Q: How would you describe the culture on your team?
A: Working at Dun & Bradstreet in exciting and challenging. You will be encouraged to think creatively and come up with innovative ways to solve problems that you encounter in your role. There is also a large amount of emphasis made to stretch yourself and become more inherently generous. Giving back to the community is one of the key pillars of our company.

Q: What can we find you doing outside of work?
A: Outside of work I am keen photographer who loves capturing moments that I can refer to again and again.
