Results Guarantee Promotion Terms and Conditions

We are currently offering a results guarantee promotion for new D&B Concierge Service customers (“Customer” or “you”) where if one of your two in-scope scores has decreased within the first 60 days after your Order Fulfillment Date (as defined below), you are eligible for a partial refund:

  • If, as a new D&B Concierge Customer, either your PAYDEX®  or Delinquency Score decreases within the first SIXTY (60) days compared to what either score was on your Order Fulfillment Date (which is the date upon which your D&B Concierge Service Order is fulfilled and you are able to access the products within your D&B Concierge Product Bundle, also referred to as your “Start Date”), or otherwise, the first date on which your business was assigned a numerical score value for either score following your Order Fulfillment Date, then our Results Guarantee applies to you, and you may be eligible for a partial refund of  $1,300.00 USD on your D&B Concierge Service purchase.*
  • The first 60 days following your Order Fulfillment Date shall serve as the Eligibility Period for this results guarantee promotion.

Requirements: Customer must have accepted the Product Terms for, and submitted through the Registration Portal three (3) new unique payment experience accounts (see Eligibility Criteria) and one (1) Business Banking account, with three (3) consecutive months of statement history for each account, from within the past 12 months, to qualify for the results guarantee. 

Eligibility Criteria

*If you do not have either a PAYDEX® or a Delinquency Score during your first sixty (60) days as a D&B Concierge Customer, you will not be eligible for a refund.

By Day 50 following your Order Fulfillment Date:

  • Customer must submit THREE unique payment experience accounts with (3) consecutive months of account statements into the Registration Portal.
    • Each statement must include all req data fields (See "Minimum Necessary Data Field requirements” below)
  • AND

  • Customer must submit ONE Business Banking account statement with THREE (3) consecutive months of history into the Registration Portal.

Minimum Necessary Data Field requirements for payment experiences:

Statements must be from within the past 12 months and include the following fields:

  1. Name of Account and Address (Who is the bill from)
  2. Name of the Client and Address (business matches D&B Concierge client)
  3. Account Number (must be the same on each statement)
  4. Terms
  5. Invoice Date
  6. Payment due date
  7. Payment amount (optional on the first statement of the agreement)
  8. Previous balance
  9. Current balance

Refund Process Requirements:

  • Your refund request must be initiated within 14 days after the Results Guarantee eligibility window ends on day 60 after your Order Fulfillment Date.
  • Your Concierge Account Manager will inform you if you have had a decrease in your score within the first SIXTY (60) days compared to what either score was on your Order Fulfillment Date,  or otherwise, the first date on which your business was assigned a numerical score value for either score following your Order Fulfillment Date, however, you are responsible for initiating your request within the 14-day period.
  • To initiate a refund request, please contact us at 855-438-0317.  You will need to provide your original Order details, including the Order Number and Purchase Date.
  • Following the determination of your eligibility, you will be notified by your Concierge Account Manager of whether your refund has been approved.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to [14] business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Your Concierge Account Manager is responsible for reviewing the terms of this Results Guarantee with you during the Eligibility Period. Results Guarantee Promotion:

We currently are offering a results guarantee promotion to new D&B Concierge Service customers who submit extended data that meets our eligibility requirements. For customers that meet our eligibility criteria, if either your PAYDEX or Delinquency Score decreases within your first sixty (60) days as a D&B Concierge Customer, you may request a partial refund of $1,300.00 USD on your D&B Concierge purchase. To qualify, you must have accepted the D&B Concierge Service and Product Bundle Product Terms, submitted through the Registration Portal three (3) unique payment experience accounts, and one (1) business banking account, with three (3) consecutive months of statement history, from within the past 12 months, for each account, and either your PAYDEX or Delinquency Score decreases during your first sixty (60) days as a D&B Concierge Customer. If you do not have either a PAYDEX or a Delinquency Score during your first sixty (60) days as a D&B Concierge Customer, you will not be eligible for a refund.
