We are developing new initiatives to attract, develop and retain women, as well as other under-represented groups. Activities over the past twelve months have included unconscious bias training for senior leaders and the development of case studies on female role models for use internally and externally. Five of eleven senior and leadership roles were filled by women and 42% of delegates on our leadership development programme were women.
