With such significant yet varied impacts on global businesses, we wanted a better understanding of the challenges supply chain and procurement professionals were facing, how they were handling those challenges, and what they thought was in store for the coming months.
To create this picture, we reached out to more than a thousand procurement and supply chain leaders across a range of industries in the U.K. and U.S. Their responses helped us understand how these leaders are preparing to guide their organizations toward greater efficiency while contending with mounting complexity and likely disruption.

Survey Methodology
The survey was carried out by independent, third-party research company Censuswide, which surveyed 1,019 chief procurement officers and other procurement, supply chain, supply management, purchasing and sourcing leaders across the professional services, retail, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, construction, transport, oil & gas/utilities, and tech industries in the United States and United Kingdom.
