Our Commitment to Drive Best Practice and Deliver the Best Service to Our Customers
Companies around the world use Dun & Bradstreet’s data, insights and analytics to connect and build relationships with prospects, suppliers, customers, and partners. In an increasingly dynamic and uncertain business environment, it’s more important than ever for our customers to be confident that they can rely on our data to help them make key business decisions.
Building on our 175 years’ experience, we work closely with industry partners to keep at the forefront of best practices and deliver the best service to our customers.
We’ve recently received full UK authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the regulator for UK Credit Reference Agencies. This authorisation covers our credit scoring on unincorporated businesses and how we process associated data. It was confirmed following a detailed review of all related aspects of our business including policies, systems, and training.
We’re proud to have gained this authorisation as it recognises our commitment to conducting business in a responsible way. Being regulated by the FCA gives our customers added confidence that we have the right policies in place, and are committed to the FCA principles of treating customers fairly.
This is part of a wider journey to improve the experience and service we provide for our customers. Dun & Bradstreet will continue to work with the FCA and other partners to drive best practice in the trade credit space, and find ways to meet and exceed ever-changing customer needs in this market.
