Bob Carrigan, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Bob is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dun & Bradstreet, the world’s leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses. He has led the company as CEO since October 2013 and was appointed Chairman in December 2016.
Bob was previously CEO of IDG Communications, Inc., where he led the company’s media operations, including online, print and events in 90 countries. Under his leadership, IDG transformed from a print publisher to a leading digital media company and the worldwide leader in the technology event and media space.
Prior to becoming CEO in 2008, Bob held senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility at IDG, including President and CEO for its business units in the U.S. Previously, he spent four years at America Online, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President in the Interactive Marketing Group.
Bob currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of IDG. He graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Curtis Brown, Chief Content and Technology Officer
Curtis Brown is Chief Content and Technology Officer, leading technology transformation and the global delivery of Dun & Bradstreet data and analytics across all the company’s customer solutions and channels. Curtis joined Dun & Bradstreet as Chief Information Officer in September 2014. Curtis last served as AOL's EVP and Global Chief Technology Officer. Earlier at AOL Brown served as SVP of Technology and Chief Data Officer.
A New York native, Curtis is a technology leader with more than 25 years of experience across a range of media, internet, information and education-technology driven businesses. He has an extensive background in technology transformation and building and scaling large enterprises, web sites and technical teams. An Internet pioneer, Curtis built and launched one of the first music e-commerce sites, MusicBoulevard/CDNow, in 1995.
He has held the title of CTO at Skymall, Oxygen Media, The Princeton Review, McGraw-Hill, Washington Post/Kaplan and AOL. Curtis also has extensive experience in product and user experience (UX/UI) managing design studios and product teams in several of his prior positions. Curtis has lectured at Columbia University in the field of Executive Information Technology Management, served as a member of the Technology Advisory Board at the New School and the CTO Advisory Council for InfoWorld magazine. He currently serves as an advisor to the Irish Development Association (IDA), as an advisor to the NYC Media Lab, and as an Executive Advisor Board member to Cloudera. Curtis is also a governing member of the NYC CIO Summit and a founding member of the New York City CTO Club, a now 15 year-old institution.
A New York native, he graduated cum laude from New York University.
Rishi Dave, Chief Marketing Officer
Rishi is Chief Marketing Officer at Dun & Bradstreet.
Rishi joined D&B in February 2014 from Dell, where he was the Executive Director of Digital Marketing. In that role, Rishi had global responsibility for implementing marketing, lead generation, media and content strategies for Dell.com, social media, communities and mobile. He also managed the digital support of Dell’s events. Prior, Rishi led Dell’s global web analytics strategy and worked on Dell’s CEO-level strategy as part of Dell’s Corporate Strategy group.
Rishi has spent his career in the technology industry with marketing, business development and consulting roles at Rivio, Inc., Trilogy Software, eBay and Bain & Company.
Rishi holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics with Honors from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Chris A. Hill, Chief Legal Officer
Chris is the Chief Legal Officer at Dun & Bradstreet.
She joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2011 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Chris served as the General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc., a global telecommunications company, following its acquisition of Arbinet Corporation. There she was General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Chris ran the oversight liaison and reporting function in the Office of Financial Stability at the U.S. Department of Treasury following ten years of service at Nextel Communications, later Sprint Nextel Corporation. There she served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer. Before joining Nextel in 1998, Chris served as counsel at Honda of America Mfg. She began her career at Jones Day in the firm's mergers and acquisitions group.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) from the Ohio State University and a doctor of jurisprudence degree (with honors) from the Ohio State University College of Law.

Josh Peirez, President and Chief Operating Officer
Josh is President and Chief Operating Officer, leading all aspects of Dun & Bradstreet’s customer-facing operations, including the company’s lines of business, multi-channel sales platform and service of client solutions, as well as strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2010 as President of Marketing & Innovation and has held several prominent roles within the company, including President of Marketing and Innovation and President Global Product, Marketing and Innovation. In February 2014 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Josh spent ten years with MasterCard, most recently in the role of Chief Innovation Officer for MasterCard Worldwide. Previously, he was the Chief Payment System Integrity Officer. A lawyer by training, he also served as the company’s Group Executive, Global Public Policy and Associate General Counsel. Before joining MasterCard in 2000, Josh was an associate at Clifford Chance Rogers and Wells focusing on antitrust litigation.
Josh has served on the Federal Reserve Board's Consumer Advisory Council and the Board of Directors for the Westchester County Association. He was named in the Top 10 Innovators of 2009 ranked by Bank Technology News.
Josh holds a bachelor's degree in Policy Analysis, Economic and Government Studies from Cornell University and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Criminal Law and Comparative Constitutional Law.
Richard H. Veldran, Chief Financial Officer
Rich is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dun & Bradstreet.
Rich joined Dun & Bradstreet in September 2003 as CFO of D&B North America. In February 2006, he was named Treasurer and Leader of Investor Relations, External Communications, and Global Financial Planning and Analysis. In July 2008, Rich was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Reengineering, and was given the added responsibility of leading North America Finance seven months later. In March 2010, he assumed leadership for Strategy and Corporate Development, and was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in May 2010, a position he held until being named CFO in June 2011.
Rich has been instrumental in driving profitability and margin expansion across the company’s global businesses. He also led the company’s first-ever dividend issuance and multiple public bond offerings.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Rich held financial leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing and Procter & Gamble. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Cornell University.
Roslynn Williams, Chief People Officer
Roslynn is the Chief People Officer at Dun & Bradstreet.
Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational effectiveness; her background in product management and operations also informs her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.
Prior to joining the company, Roslynn was the founder of Madison Lewis Group, a consulting company focused on executive leadership, coaching and learning and development programs. Previously, she spent nearly 10 years at AOL, with management roles in human resources, advertising and shared services.
Roslynn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as well as certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education.
