Q: How would you describe your role?
A: In my role, I focus mainly on Trade Credit Risk consulting, and implementing Trade Credit Risk Products such as DNBi Risk Management, D&B’s Enterprise Risk Assessment Manager, and D&B Credit. I work with our customers to help them integrate these Credit Risk tools into their credit process and their Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs). I enjoy building relationships with my customers and seeing the confidence they have in me to reach out for any assistance needed.

Q: Describe a project you worked on recently that you really enjoyed.
A: A customer recently had to revamp its entire process for assigning credit limits based on sales channels and global location. The customer also has two ERPs where data had to be merged which factored into modifying their credit limit rules. The rules are very complex, so it involved months of testing prior to roll out to ensure accuracy of credit limits exceeded 99 percent. We were able to reach the goal of over 99 percent sooner than expected and the customer was very pleased with the outcomes. –and we haven’t experienced any issues since implementing.

Q: How have you found the culture at Dun & Bradstreet?
A: I have been working at Dun & Bradstreet for over 25 years which I have found to be very satisfying and rewarding. My leaders have always been flexible to help me maintain a work/life balance. I love working with my existing customers and meeting new customers daily.

Q: What are you doing when you’re not working?
A: When I am not at work you can find me being a spectator for my youngest daughter's high school basketball and softball games. In addition, I love visiting my oldest daughter who is a college freshman and spending time with her. I am a huge sports fan and love being on the golf course when the weather is warm.
