Following extensive customer research, D&B has developed a range of products and services with Callcredit to help you segment, classify, credit rate and target the people you want to do business with – instantly, online, 24/7.

Reports include:

Call Report
Including the address and postcode, CCJs, details of the number and nature of searches against an individual in the past 12 months, bankruptcies, administration orders and insolvencies, demographic profiling information and CallScore, a Fair Issac® score that rank orders consumers according to their relative risk of credit default.

Share Report
Available to the members of the SHARE closed user group, a forum for people who want to maximise their ability to manage risk by sharing industry experiences. Negative Shared Data reports give you public data (as above) plus seriously delinquent account information. Full Shared Data reports give you public data (as above) plus seriously delinquent and positive account information such as balances and payment history.

CallScore Credit Scoring

A ‘CallScore’ credit score is included in every report to help make faster, more accurate and consistent decisions. CallScore leverages the power of Callcredit consumer data plus the analytic technology of Fair, Isaac, the world's leading developer of credit bureau scores. Reason codes are generated to help you interpret the score and use it with confidence as part of your decision-making process.

Enhanced business information

When buying business information from D&B, you may choose to run a credit check against a director’s, sole trader’s or partner's details. If so you must first obtain consent from the individual concerned.

Accessing Consumer Information

Consumer information can be accessed via D&B Access for the Internet or through an application processing interface connection - a custom built system that will give you complete internal control of credit applications plus credit scoring with detailed reporting analysis and the instant ability to change your automated processes.
