As a Marketing Associate, you'll understand the needs of our clients and develop products and services that strategically position D&B in the marketplace. You must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (with an MBA preferred) and an understanding of business technology. Knowledge of marketing strategies and strategic partnerships along with experience initiating successful marketing programs are strongly desirable.

I joined D&B in August 2005, I came from within the industry and was well aware of the strong D&B brand before I joined. Working for a blue chip company like D&B offers great rewards. Aside from the normal benefits, D&B has a great focus on developing talent within the business. I know I have personally grown and developed more in my 3 years at D&B, than in the previous 10!

I have had several different roles at D&B, and was even able to create my current role of Customer Experience Leader. Customers are the thing I feel most passionate about, and this role gives me a huge sense of job satisfaction. My current mission is to ensure that we delight our customers at every touch point.

One thing’s for sure about D&B, it never stands still. It is constantly evolving and adapting to the needs of it’s three constituents – it’s customers, it’s team members and it’s shareholders. It makes for a very exciting and rewarding working environment – but it’s not for the faint hearted!
