“Within our ESAMEA business (Europe, South Asia, Middle East & Africa), we have partner companies in each local market. It’s my responsibility to ensure the services we provide to our partners and the services they provide to D&B meet the required service level agreements. So, performance is tracked and reported on a monthly basis. In addition to this, I also manage projects within the Data and Operations team to support continuous improvement for our services.

I have been with D&B since 2005 and, in this time, I have had two different roles within International Partnerships. There are always new things to learn and new challenges to get involved with – it never gets boring! I really enjoy being able to see progress against performance; it is good to know you are part of a successful team. For me, it’s great to be able to work with teams across the business to really drive improvement across the different services we provide.

D&B is certainly a company that’s very supportive of your own aspirations. For instance, have been supported in gaining my professional qualifications in Project Management. This will give me an internationally-recognised qualification in project management. Things never stand still in this business so there is always an opportunity to get your teeth into something different, even if you think it’s outside your comfort zone. D&B provides a very supportive environment that helps you to grow and experience new challenges and opportunities - and that’s something I really value.”
